You may cancel an order up to 48 hours of placing it. After that timeframe, all orders are final.
You may receive a refund or replacement if an item is defective or damaged upon delivery. To receive a refund or replacement, please contact Everyday Olive at email@example.com within 14 days of delivery. We may ask for information regarding the defect or damage for our records, and may require a photograph of the item(s). Outside of defective or damaged items, all orders are final.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will know about your return.
